The Adventure Stays Story

Blake and Jake met their Freshman year of college in the summer of 2015. By the time they graduated, both had already become deeply embedded in the world of real estate investing as a side-hustle, with a particular focus on multifamily and short term rentals. After a few personal endeavors, the two joined forces to combine their knowledge in this space. In April of 2021, after many sleepless nights and a whole lot of luck & help along the way, Adventure Stays was founded with a simple mission in mind: enable guests to engage their adventurous spirit by providing high quality, exceptionally located short term rental properties.

Everything we do is with service in mind. We operate our company with a laser focus on our core values so that we always positively impact our 3 C’s – our Customers, Communities, and Company Employees

Affordability

Travel is meant to expand horizons and we don’t believe in breaking the bank to do that. Back in the day, affordable stay companies reduced quality to maintain profit margins. Nowadays, we are able to pass on operational savings from the use of technology directly to our guests.

Fuel the Adventurous Spirit

We believe powder days = sick days. We believe that vacations should enable the extraordinary. We believe that the first step towards taking the first step is having a clean, secure, and comfortable place to put your head down at night.

Community Partnerships

We believe that we are responsible to not operate for the sole purpose of maximizing our bottom line, but also to improve the lives of our employees and communities that we belong to. Adventure Stays donates a portion of all revenues to the following partner organizations. We believe they are doing deeply important work and are proud to partner with them in their good fights!

Glacier Rescue Project

The GRP launches creative marketing projects designed to drive climate progress in the world. The Glacier Rescue Project was started a few years back by a group of friends who felt that the whole global conversation about climate change was boring, way too scientific, and not something that most people could get excited about. The goal was to start small but to bring more art and creativity into the environmental world one project at a time. That way, we can communicate the importance of climate change and climate change-related issues in an engaging and exciting way.

Housed, Working, and Healthy

Housed Working & Healthy helps people return to independent living and be self-sufficient. The HWH model is partner based and encompasses housing, mental health services, workforce training and employment. This supportive structure and services helps people stabilize, develop a support network, become trained, gain experience, get a job, secure independent housing and ultimately become self-sufficient.
